1. How do I pay for my drums?

Six Gun accepts checks, money orders, and payment via paypal. To set up a paypal account go to www.paypal.com.

2. Can I pay for half my drums now, and the other half when I receive them?

No. Orders must be paid for in full before building starts.

3. Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship your order anywhere in the world. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

4. What if I want to change my order after I've already paid?

By paying you have agreed to the terms and specifications outlined in the invoice Six Gun sends to you for your approval. No changes can be made after payment is received.

5. How long does it take to build a drum kit?

Six Gun takes approximately 9-12 weeks to build a kit, depending on your specifications and complexity of the finish. Some finishes can take even longer. Email us to ask about lead times of specific finishes. Note: our lead times can change at any time, so be sure to ask us for the latest lead time information.

6. If I live near Six Gun can I pick my drums up instead of shipping them?

Yes.

7. What if something on my new drum kit breaks?

Six Gun has a 6 month warranty on all our kits and snares. We include extra parts with every order in case of mishaps with hardware or if you lose a tension rod. Contact Six Gun immediately if you need assistance. After 6 months repairs can be made at cost.

8. I am in a band, we rock. How can I get endorsed?
